ORDER PROCESSING Your order will be processed immediately upon placement, and an authorization will be taken on your credit card for the amount of the order. For your protection as well as ours, we thoroughly screen every order for possible fraud. This may include a phone call to the telephone number on file with your credit card issuer to verify the order.
The majority of products will be shipped within three (3) business days. If for any reason we cannot ship your order within this time, we will contact you using the contact information you supplied on your order, and an ETA will be communicated accordingly.
Please note that all orders over $500 will require an adult signature upon delivery.
ORDER CANCELLATION If you cancel your order after it has shipped, a restocking fee of 20% will be charged. Additionally, you will be responsible for shipping the product back to us via insured ground service. Your credit card, or other means of payment will be refunded once we receive the product in good condition. Special exclusions apply to "special order" items. See below for important details.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS We ship all orders securely packed in sturdy packaging. However, from time to time, items may be damaged in transit. Therefore, you must inspect your shipment for damage before accepting it. If damage is evident, be sure to open the box and thoroughly inspect your item prior to accepting the shipment. If you discover shipping damage after you have accepted a shipment you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping company.
